By participating in YOMA services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of our services, whether provided in-person, online, or through related materials.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, injuries, or other concerns before participating in any session.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or by direct arrangement.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We accept payments via bank transfer.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

Purchases via the website will expire after 12 months.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by the Client:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the session will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will not be refunded.

Cancellations by the Provider:

If we must cancel a session for any reason, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in our Services, you acknowledge that YOMA practices involve physical activity, which carries inherent risks.

You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of the sessions.

Our facilitators are not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant health information.

6. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to consult a healthcare professional before participating if you have any health concerns.

Please inform us of any allergies, injuries, or conditions that could affect your participation.

We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit for the Services.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and other attendees.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Any personal or medical information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our Services.

Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the sessions remain the property of the business.

YOMA is trademarked in Australia. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce YOMA without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Services

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.

Continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
